Greetings from Oviya MedSafe! While we are always glad to reconnect to you through our newsletter periodically, this edition is more special for us as we make a couple of important announcements which would define the future growth of Oviya MedSafe to a leading full-service global Pharmacovigilance Consulting and Services Company. 

The global delivery center of Oviya MedSafe Pvt Ltd is based out of Coimbatore – a growing IT hub and established Healthcare city in India. We are proud to announce that the internationally renowned Ma Foi group, through its group company Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd (www.mafoistrategy.com) has invested to the tune of 17.5% of the total equity in Oviya MedSafe Pvt Ltd. Ma Foi will provide strategic and operational support for Oviya MedSafe on an ongoing basis. Mr K Pandiarajan, Founder of the Ma Foi group and Managing Director of Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd has joined the board of directors of Oviya MedSafe Pvt Ltd.
 
We are also in the process of setting up our advisory panel and welcome experienced pharmacovigilance professionals with no conflicts of interest to express their willingness to be considered for membership in the panel. With our core focus on pharmacovigilance physician services, we are also working on establishing full-fledged pharmacovigilance services and are also planning to branch out into pharmacovigilance consulting for pharmaceutical companies, governmental and non-governmental health organizations.
 
We are keen to identify strategic partners who would be able to see synergy with Oviya MedSafe and work with us on a win-win model that would harness the unique strengths of all the entities involved. Location or nationality would not come in the way of the decision-making process when we finalize on such partnerships.
